I earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in electronic journalism with a minor in creative writing. I’ve also taken a memoir course at Gotham Writers Workshop in NYC. When I’m not writing or shooting landscape photos as a creative outlet, I swing a hammer on construction sites or teach skiing, depending on the season.
